I had an unfavorable experience at Fridays this weekend. When my entree was delivered to me, there was a hand sanitizer encased in a plastic covering sticking in my food. When I asked my server about it, he said it was customary to place the hand sanitizers in the patrons food. When the manager came to my table to discuss this matter, his rational was that they use gloves before placing in the food, and this was a practice that the corporate office wanted to be practice.
