I purchased a T-Mobile side kick from this man in December of 2008 for my son. When my son used the phone, it would turn off and back on resetting itself and erasing phone numbers etc. I contacted the seller who gave me an address to send the phone to and he would send a replacement. It didn't come so I emailed him again (numerous times) inquiring about the status of the shipment.
