I was scammed by Andrew Webber several months ago. He seemed like a very sociable, respectable, and talented guy, asked for a deposit, made excuses, and never delivered, and ran off with the money. He promised to pay it back after admitting fault, but never did. I filed a police report just to ensure that he was on file, but they said they couldn;t really do anything until several people came forward so we could form a case.
