I worked for Home Instead Senior Care for 2 years. I worked in the office as a scheduling coordinator. When you are hired they put you on salary. They dont tell you that you will be working 55+ hours a week, you will NEVER leave a minute before 6pm. You will stay till all shifts are filled (even if it is not your clients). Some nights we would work till 8-9pm. We were not payed any time over40 hours.
