She raised the rent after having the appliances replaced with subquality appliances and didn't fix rotting deck railing until we moved out and is trying to charge us for things we didn't do. There is mold in the house from frequent leaks and flooding. There is structural damage to the house that has not been attended to. No maintenance was done on the house for the 6 years that I lived there.
