I ordered this skin care product from a similar website for a 14 day free trail on 6/16/11. I didn't get billed for the S&H so I didn't think I was going to receive it until it showed up on 6/23/11. I went and canceled it with their easy cancel on 6/28/11 and went to look at my bank account for the S&H charges again but found instead a charge of $78.41. Plus the fact that when I tried to use the product from the bottle the pump on the bottle wouldn't work. I opened it and there is no tube connected to the pump and I am not able... read full review »
