I finally had a human at the other end of the line when OTO Group called. The ID displayed as OTO Group and the phone number was 603-214-3653. I totally baffled the caller. he told me his name was Tom Johnson (I don't believe that) and the name of the group calling was actually American Diabetic Surveyor.
