This extended warranty was bought in 2000 and has been kept up to date and extended by payments tand renewal to this company since then. So for 11 years I have been paying this extended warranty. Yet now when there is a claim on the transmission. The American Auto Shield refuses to pay the claim. It has made up excuses not to pay this claim. This is a terrible injustice to the customer. Do not buy any extended warranty from American Auto Shield. Terrrible company and you will get screwed out of your money. read full review »
