I paid for an item. I paid for the delivery of the item by UPS. UPS misdelivered the item. UPS could not find the item and closed the investigation. Elsie Narvaerz of Goodwill Long Beach 562-435-3411 x279 gave me the runaround by insisting that the item was delivered to me when clearly it has not. Elsie told me that UPS told her that the item was delivered to my address. It was not and UPS never informed her that the item was found and delivered to the correct address.
