After waiting for our 36 month contract to be up for renewal, we decided to go with another alarm service. In calling to request cancellation of continued services, we were told that we needed to provide written cancellation and it would take 60 days for our payment to stop being deducted from our account. In this day in age where everything is so system generated, why the 60 day time frame to prepare our account to be cancelled. We waited out our 36 month agreement.
