Be careful about taking your taxes to the Jackson Hewitt booths set up in the Wal-mart stores!! We had a preparer at one location that took our taxes and filed them on her own system. When we called Jackson Hewitt they had no record of our information on file. The person that filed our taxes left and stole our money as well. We now have the IRS investigating where our money went. Seems that they just hire anyone off the street to do your taxes and when there is a problem you are on your own!!! read full review »
