ordered a dress returned..never got refund..as was told...was told company in bankrupsy..but still charging me for the returned merchandise...so essentially have my merchandise and my money...have been leaving numerous messages but never getting a phone call back..i got to spk to cutomer service and was told 2 weeks ago a supervisor will contact me...i said i will be willing to make an exchange for another item and was told no...but i said u have my money..they said we have so many complaints and not enough people to handle them so buyer beware...they keep your money and bill u at the same time... read full review »
