1. You do not get fiber in your house in most cases. I was led to believe you did. 2. I have had U verse in my house for about 3 months. It has been down about as much as it has been up. For 3 Months of bad service $15.00 credit 3. Called U verse with a complaint Friday July 08 2011 about 11:00 pm. An appointment was made for Sunday between 12:00 Pm and 4:00 Pm no show, no phone call, nothing.
