Problems with U verse sense day 2
About 80 days of service now
5 days without u verse tv (on just this last problem)
5 different service appointments not one was kept on time. Not even a phone call.Four were never kept at all
Countless number of times Tec. support had to be called
Want a good screwing sign up with AT&T U Verse

1. You do not get fiber in your house in most cases. I was led to believe you did.
2. I have had U verse in my house for about 3 months. It has been down about as much as it has been up. For 3 Months of bad service $15.00 credit
3. Called U verse with a complaint Friday July 08 2011 about 11:00 pm. An appointment was made for Sunday between 12:00 Pm and 4:00 Pm no show, no phone call, nothing.
