We have a LG Dishwasher that caught in fire last Saturday. What is more surprising about the situation is that the dishwasher was off at the time. It ran a load of dishes over 12 hours prior to the fire. I was actually in the dishwasher getting a measuring cup out 20 minutes before we found the fire. It is clear that it was the dishwasher that started the fire and it is on my report from the fire department.
