on 4-21-2009 at 8:33pm, I purchased a walmartmoney card. When I made it home I activated the card. When I checked the balance on the card, the electronic statement showed me owing vision bill and other businesses. How can this be possible? Number one, brand new card.Number two, I know nothing about these companies. When I called the money card center, I was told more than less they can not do any thing about this matter.
