Some weeks ago we ordered hundreds of dollars of espresso cups and saucers from the Artazza website. Despite confirming our shipping address in writing the "customer service" department shipped our order to a completely different address. When our order didn't arrive we eventually discovered, without an help from Artazza, that our order had been returned to them as it could not be delivered.
