Famous Footwear has a policy it will not take any product with or without a receipt after 30 days. I purchased a pair of boots in November. I wore them 4 times and in January the seams had tore completely out. I showed the guy that there were no scuffs. The soles were completely new but he said because it was past 30 days there is nothing they can do. I asked why he didnt back the product they carry and he informed me they absolutely do for 30 days.
