I agree with the other terrible reviews of Totsy on this site. Granted, it seems we all ordered products around Christmas time, but the website should have had a notice warning people that shipments could/would take over a month to deliver!!! I'm sure many people did Christmas shopping online in November. Throughout this long process, Totsy's customer service was M.I.A. via the phone and internet.
