I recently called your company for help with my password to set up my wireless printer. I contacted this number: 1-800-326-7114. I called them numerous times and talked to Rob last. I told him that i need an 8 character password in order to set up my wireless printer and he kept giving me a 14 character one. He starting raising his voice at me telling me the same thing over and over when that wasn't the right password because I had tried it while he was on the phone.
