I went through the drive thru in Garland, TX store #61 on 1/16/11 and ordered a number one. I gave the attendant exact change and she did not give me my recipt. It clearly states on the outside of the drive thu window that if Braums fails to give you a cash recipt then you are supposed to get a $5 dollar certificate. I drove off and realized that I did not have a recipt and went inside the store. I explained that i did not get a recipt. The cashier went and got the recipt; I asked him if I get a gift certificate.
