I spent $592.00 on replacement screens for my 22 year old home. When the screens were received, there was no hardware included to attach the screens to the existing Pella windows. 2 weeks of phone calls to the local number 574-287-2901, national 800-374-4758, and support on www.pella.com resulted in only frustration. I was told because these were custom ordered, I can't return them. They are faulty. How can I use screens if there is no way to attach them to the window, short of McGyvering them?
