I've ordered a bunch of flowers on 21 Dec 2010, and they've confirmed that my flowers will be delivered by 22 Dec 2010. But up to now (6 Jan 2011), the flowers are still not delivered. Although numerous emails have been sent to them, no confirmation or reply is going to tell what's going wrong! I'm very angry as the flowers are for my gf's birthday on 24 Dec 2010.
