We have just been had by this very slick operation. They have a fabulous website, but ask for payment then show customs forms requesting money to avoid sequestration. They promise fast delivery and show all sorts of accreditations including PayPal. The name of the individual we dealt with is Chong Zhang. His bank account with the Bank of China Acc 628583020001929 happily accepted our 876 Euros then wanted 275 Euros to avoid sequestration by Customs and provided a plausible copy of the document.
