Bought a purse from CK and after a few months the moneyclip has broken and the leather is not of a good quality. Made a complaint to the shop. But they want me to come over to Palermo on my own costs. I do live in the Netherlands. I can send the purse to the shop. It 's no problem. So I don't see a problem why they can change it.
