This has happened to each of 7 accounts I have with GE Money Bank: They offer special financing for store accounts such as Sleepy's, LensCrafters, Ethan Allen, etc. On each of my accounts, Ethan Allen the last, they sent the credit card and the first bill to the correct address then they dropped a portion of the address for the next bill so it never got to me.
