After purchasing my home loan from Flagstar, they have consistenly displayed their incompetence by losing my payments. They charge for online and phone payments. The only option is direct deposit or mail in. You can forget direct deposit, I'm not letting them near my bank account. They don't mail their statements in early enough. They harass me with automated phone calls for payments they have already recieved and they even charge me late fees for payments already received. read full review »
