I ordered a colloidal silver generator from Herbal Remedies website on 3/14/11. My checkcard was charged the next day for$109.67. After several weeks of waiting for my order and receiving no emails explaining the delay I attempted to contact them on their website to no avail. I sent multiple e-mails over the next 3 months with no response. I did finally get someone on the phone by putting in extension #100.
