Ordered their "BUT WAIT" cookers by calling the 800 number...was on the call for no less than 20 minutes REFUSING to purchase all of their other monthly offers. Had my cc charged $72.67. Received the RediSetGo cookers (Buy 1, get another for just the shipping and handing! Wow...what a great deal!) and the first time we used it, the timer would not work correctly and it burned everything we attempted to cook!
