I purchased a Viking fridge in 2004. After 5 years, the evaporator broke. An authorized service dealer came to fix it and that should have been it forever. Three months later it broke again, and again it was "repaired. Within a year, it broke 3 more times and was repaired each time. Thank G-d it was under warranty. Now, it has broken again for the 6th time, when it should never have broken again after the first and, because the warranty has expired, it would cost me $750 to repair .
