Terrible customer service. DO NOT buy their continous ink system. Their cartridges do NOT work, and they have no phone contact so you cannot reach them with problems. You have to use email, which they respond very slowly and without any help. DO NOT use this company. Beware they will send you a defective product, and then charge you 15% restocking fee!
