I brought in my 2006 Chrysler Touring in to Midas so they can replace my tie rods and perform a oil change. As soon as I pick up my vehicle, I notice a loud ticking sound coming from the hood. I brought my car to Midas c0mplaining about the noise and they keep denying that they ruined my car in any way.
