These people are crooks, they have a non existant support, there is no telephone number to contact anyone and inquiry's and complaints are never addressed. I signed on with them close to 2 years ago, I did not know how long I would keep the memorial open so I set up a recurring month to month. Then after a year I decided to just pay online each month with my credit card.
