My Gibson compressor in my HVAC unit went out while under warranty. When I contacted Nordyne they referred me to their distributor, Associate Refrigeration, Inc. 1625 Hylton Rd, Pennsauken, NJ. They provided my contractor with a replacement compressor after asking him many questions about his business. The replacement compressor was dead on arrival and did not work either.
