I purchased this product on 2/4/09 and was put into the auto ship HELL. I called on 3/16 and canceled. They had already shipped the 2nd round, so, I returned it and they returned a portion of what I was charged. I accepted that, since, I waited to cancel. They refunded promptly the lesser portion. Then on 4/6, they took out another $91.82 from my account. I immediately called and was told that they had already shipped my order and that I would have to wait until it was returned to them.
