My Girlfriend signed up for the service for me as a gift (near christmas 08). (December 11th 2008) She told me about it, I asked what they do and why would you spend that kind of money. I knew I wouldn't need or use their services. I then called up the next day (Dec 12th) and tried to cancel. They needed her on the phone to talk to me, so I did a three way call.
