I received my monthly bill from Chase and was surprised to see a late fee as I pay all my bills on time and have for a long time it surprised me. The bill in question must have been lost in the mail. I called their customer service and spoke with a man who was difficult to understand who told me there was nothing he could do regarding reversing the charge.
