Statement is never on time, infact I do not even receive them most of the time. I have made $1700.00 plus in payments in the last 5 months over the phone. My balance has gone up over $ 1000.00 with no charges by me. I never received a new card in the mail & it has never been activated. They blame th United States Postal Service? I refuse to pay them any more. I did also file a complaint with the Better Business. They also responded to them that the postal service must be at fault. I feel it just there way of scamming extra penalties & fees. read full review »
