I have never seen or experienced the worse customer service in my life with Iberia. We flew from Los Angeles to Miami with American Airlines and from Miami we were to fly to Madrid and from Madrid to Algeria with Iberia. We were traveling in a family of 4 and when we got to Madrid they told us one of our tickets were put on standby and only 3 of us could go on the plane.
