After recieving my lace gown and matching jacket, I noticed the jacket they sent was the wrong size, I have sent them 6 'e'mails about their mistake, all of them have been ignored, as my wedding is drawing nearer and the panick is setting in I phoned them from the UK, they told me that a ladder was in the middle of the floor and that as I was calling long distance to hang up and they would call back in 5 mins.
