On 3/25 I refilled a balance on MP3 Panda to $20 (my credit card statement shows 19.95 and looks like GRC*PROACTIV SO 800 03/24U R* GRC*). I proceeded to download a couple of songs but then haven't visited the account since. When I logged back in recently I was surprised to see a negative $3.46 in my account.
