As a former employee of Platinum Teleservices (located in Draper Utah) I can tell you this product is a scam. You pay the $1.97 S&H only to find out that they have enrolled you into various other programs ( Safe Lock ID and Grant Spring) that give a short trial period and then huge monthly reoccurring charges. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I encourage everyone to submit their complaints to the BBB of Utah as well as the Attorney General of the state so this company can finally be held responsible for their shady practices. Michael J.
