I had the worst experience with a Walmart customer service employee. I had gone to my local Walmart to be refunded or exchange an item. I was the next in line to be helped. As I was standing there waiting my turn, she ( the rude employee ) was carrying on a conversation with another customer in the next line. This went on for a few minutes, and she finally looked at me and said, NEXT in a loud tone. I couldn't had been standing more than 3 ft. away and wasn't wearing a hearing device.
