I received the item in a timely manner, however when I contacted the company (everyday) to return the item, they replied wanted to know what was wrong with the item. I have spent each day after sending pictures, explaining what is wrong and not once have I gotten a response to my original request. Now 5 days later, I STILL have not received information on where to return for refund. THE PRODUCT is not authentic as advertised! I am so frustrated and disappointed!
