I would like to complain that the company CPS is very unprofessional and uses very unprofessional tactics to attempt to0 retrieve payments. I have a sick son @ home in which I miss alot of work for and fell back on a payment. They could not reach me and contacted my neighbors to have me call them. They have also called every person that knows me and my supervisor advising me to call them. The people their that you speak with have nasty attitudes and talk to you any kind of way... Very unprofessional. What makes them think that I am going to call them back if they act like that... UH NO!!! They are still waiting. read full review »
