placed an order on June 15th. was calling and calling their customer service for a week and was told that the order was shipped, however, they failed to provided me with a tracking number. today, I'm on week 3 now and have been calling AJ Madison every day to get the tracking number - every time they say that the system is down and to call back the next day. they are liars and shisters.
