I had filed a claim with State Farm (claim #118052234) because there insured hit may new car I just purchased that day and took off. I called the police and gave the tag number and a description off the car. Well I filed a claim with State Farm never heard from them and was told that someone will go out and look at her car a week later after the accident. So last week I get a letter in the mail telling me they are denying my claim because she didn't have no damages to her car.
