Once you place you order online, you get numerous sales messages and phone calls. Then you have to duplicate your order, including sensitive info, over the phone. I was then promised a written confirmation that day via email. It took me four phone calls and two weeks to get that confirmation. I was also to receive a free solar light. Never came. More emails and phone calls to find out I had to pay an additional $39.00 for the $6.00 shipping. The structure was fine. Barns.com just takes the order and 10% up front.
