There's a Federal Law which prohibits the taking of Social Security and retirment funds by collection agencies. The Hanna collection firm did exactly this from a bank account in Fitzgerald, Ga. They took 2 Social Security checks & another retirement check which were each direct depostits. This was all there was to live on for there people.
