On Feb 21, 2011, I order a “2-Pack Welcome Kit” ($39.98 plus shipping) for my newly purchased Dell V 515W printer from online store ‘MyDellInk.com”. It wasn’t until June 2011 that I ran out of ink and when I checked the packages, I discovered that I had the wrong ink. I had received Series 11 ink cartridges instead of the correct Series 23.
